Arts, crafts, legends, languages and folk music. Everything originated from the conditions of mountain nature. The use of forests, agriculture and reindeer husbandry has characterized cultural life for generations.
The festival takes advantage of these treasures through several program items. Folk music in fäbod – Lectures – Exhibitions – Sami culture and Workshops etc. in collaboration with local cultural life.

It is a privilege to perform these magnificent works in this environment of nature and culture that Funäsfjällen offers. In addition, in small churches that create a very close meeting between the performers and the audience.
