The Royal College of Music in Stockholm
The course and festival will take place on the premises of the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
The course is also part of the Royal College of Music’s ”Additional Training Programs,” which provides participating students with 7.5 ECTS credits.
The festival with master classes offers a unique opportunity to receive guidance for further musical and career development, perform with outstanding
soloists and conductors in some of Sweden’s most important concert halls, and expand and develop an international network.
Chamber music is one of the most intimate and powerful forms of classical music.
By bringing together some of the world’s finest musicians, young talents, and an engaged audience,
we create unique concert experiences where music connects directly with its listeners.
Since 2006, Kammarmusikens Vänner have hosted 67 festivals, over 700 concerts, and 750 masterclasses,
welcoming more than 8,500 students and professors from 50 countries.
With an audience of over 160,000, our events inspire and unite.
Take risks, inspire audiences, meet new people, and enjoy the experience.
With us you will become a member of a performing arts community that includes many of the world’s most significant performers.
Through international networks, strong local engagement, and an inclusive approach,
we build bridges across generations, cultures, and communities.
The master classes are an integral part of the Akademifestivalen Stockholm, where participants will have free access to concerts and events.
